2023-2024 Season Recap

Another Season Complete!

We are excited and honored to share that we achieved another successful season thanks to our incredible supporters and partnerships with UNICEF, The Carter Center, and Norwegian Church Aid.

Impact Snapshot

Here is a snapshot of the projects we completed this season:

  • 21 new wells drilled: 20,308 new beneficiaries of access to clean water.

  • 20 wells rehabbed: 24,557 beneficiaries received updates to their existing well

    • 45,820 cows and 80,120 goats received improved access to clean water

  • 18 water management committees (hygiene) trainings completed- 90 individuals trained (all received well management and hygiene education training):

    • Further Breakdown of this group:

      • 36 individuals trained as hygiene promoters to share safe practices with fellow community members

  • Women’s Empowerment Project

    • 1 water storage & distribution system

      • 9 Water Management Committee members trained (all women)

      • 2 Hygiene Promoters: 2 trained (all women)

Additional projects were funded by our partners UNICEF, The Carter Center, and Norwegian Church Aid.
